"Let me start off this review by saying I don't understand why everyone that lives in Virginia, especially the Tidewater region, doesn't use John and his amazing staff for their property insurance. Twice in the past five years John has gone way above the call of duty to help me. It is so reassuring to know I have an agent that cares about his clients!"

"State Farm is a great Insurance company, however not all agents are. For the most part every time I needed to contact this office whomever I spoke with did not get the full message. There were holes left in every need for contacting them and I always had to call back because something was not done right. It would of made my life easier doing the job myself but that's not my job, it's yours. A major suggestion I would make is to differentiate the two Rebeccas you have working there answering the phone. As a customer it makes it stupidly difficult to know the difference between the two when they announce themselves the same. Having to call back because you didn't get a follow up call and then having to re-explain the reason for the call is not what I want to be doing. I want to be an appreciated customer. I didn't get the feeling from this agents office on multiple levels. Maybe our relationship was not meant to work out but as a customer I felt annoyed, disregarded and hopeless that if I needed to rely on this office to get something done for me it was a 90% chance that wasn't going to happen. Of course the majority of review are from people who are dissatisfied with whatever the scenario maybe, I hate to be this person but I'm glad I have taken my business elsewhere. Its one less thing I have to worry about."
